Extremely slow. Had to wait over an hour before someone was available . It's been this way for 2 years. Was hoping it would get better, but I doubt it will.

This is probably the worst place to go for any kind of service. Sitting and waiting to pay a bill while a person that came in after me bought an accessory and went in front of us? Happy I switched to Verizon. Feel bad for anyone who still deals with this on a daily basis. My poor sister is still waiting to pay her bill. It's been half an hour. Just horrible customer service.

Very poor customer service, I am due to upgrade my two lines and I think I'll just cancel service and go elsewhere. Not pleased with the store or the company, seriously now you want us to pay for phones after all the years of service when you can get free with upgrade or 2 year agreement with other carriers with excellent service.

Reality check, we have had a dna test, spent 2000 on it. Child is mine, to verify, child is also white and has a dimpled chin who looks like her father. I'd say grow up but clearly maturing is a concept lost on you Yes as opposed to a man who runs away from his family and treats the one he kept for a short while like shit. Parent him better and maybe this wouldn't happen in his life. Good news, the children are in the best place they've ever been and they live thier family

Wish I could put a half star!!!! Sat for an hour to pay my bills.... then sat another hour to get a new phone.... really need more employees out front not sitting in the back!!!! 2-4 employees is not enough when you have 10 stations for helping people.
