I am trying to end my service as I do not use as it is DEAD!. I have been trying since this summer when the phone was dead. Got all kinds of things to do BUT I still am paying every month for service. I had one phone call BUT noting changed. I was told on your web site to throw it away which is what I did. So many months of trying & I am still paying. When my husband died I took his phone to a store here in Juneau BUT it is no longer here. PLEASE HELP ME - I NEED THE MONEY - Janis Brooks
leaving promotions out that expired days ago. when you point it. they give you the are you really telling me to do my job look. the laziness in pulling down that one sign was bad. this doesn't fly in the real world. I dont care that there is dated on there. if we pulled this crap we would be honoring it. I deal with promotions all year long. NOT ACCEPTABLE fyi not recommending it doesn't give me the option to not recommend.
Dishonest business practices when I upgraded my phone a few weeks back and unwilling to make things right today.
Will not go there again! My dads was in the Philippines and thought he would have internet access through wifi but nothing worked and his phone was his line to funds as well. I went here to see if I could add international calls to his phone. The lady looked up his account, said he had a weird basic account and there was nothing she could do and looked no further.
