I would give it 0 stars if I could, my family went in here to add two lines and the woman who helped knew nothing. She didn't even have an answer as to who's phone number would be who's. She didn't offer to transfer contacts either. Get your act together
I had a wounderful lady today she helped me out I had to change my number and also got me a LG tablet!!
Slow service. Unfriendly, uncaring, disinterested staff.
Waited one day for over an hour and this time just over half hour done going there
Not complaining about the customer service just all around Shit for reception and saying that I am the only one in Fox Lake area that complains is BULL SHIT also phone is in full 4G and can't send text with pics attached ever since I bought the phone been a loyal customer for over 15 years but thinking of switching because I am fed up with this shit
