I bought a dodge Avenger in February and hear we are in April and my Transmission went out. I was sold a lemon! I found out today that they went out of business. WOW! Lawsuit time!

I was driving home from work one night back in March of this year and the brakes locked and engine stalled. I contacted this excuse of a company and they basically said theres nothing they could do. So now Im stuck with no vehicle and possibly having to come out of my pocket. These people lied, and now theyre closed. We as customers didnt get any sort of email stating that they would be closing. Is the question I have because I also have had similar things happen to me a week after getting my car from us auto sales it cut off on me in the middle of traffic and I also had a warranty but was given a hard time when it came to paying to fix the issue after just a week of having the car!! My complaint is like many others ughhh 3 engines in 1 yr told I had to wait till July to trade it in. Now they are temporarily closed which means all the way closed I ****** all locations they all say closed, customer service is rude no help but want a payment how are we stuck paying on cars that don't work and you still have a warranty. I would say this company is negative 1 my car was purchased with an extended warranty and with in a yr I've had 2 transmission put in , **** dollars for rebuilt one and now drive train is gone I bought a lemon from them still owe **** bought 3 yr ago ..we all should *** them
So, I went to purchase a car the end of March and they were running a $200 special to go towards my down payment. I couldnt leave the lot with the car I selected because of insurance I explained that to the sales person and the manager came out to sale me the car and reasons why I would get it after I put a $500 hold on the car. My car needs repairs done covered by my extended warranty I purchased with US AUTO SALES. I was told my claim will remain in pending status and I will have to pay out of pocket from ****. No one at us auto can help they expect me to pay a car loan thats including the extended warranty monthly payments on a vehicle that is not safe to drive no one seems to have any answers I truly regret getting a car from them
My Boyfriend had purchased a vehicle from Us Auto Sales Not Even a month a ago , not even a week later his engine light came on ,called US Auto Sales and advise On The Issue US Auto Sales advised to take to pep boys lets remind you he have warranty on his vehicle .
