I bought a car from US Auto back in February 2023 and was strong-armed into purchasing a 3 year warranty through them. Today I found out the US Auto sold my loan and the new loan company is not honoring the warranty. I have tried to get into contact to see about the warranty and was told there is nothing that can be done because the loan was sold. Very upset that I agreed to pay more for a warranty for 3 years and now Im paying for something that I am unable to use if needed.

Never do business with US Auto Sale. Liers Liers and they still your money and sale you things you never get.

I bought a car from them less than a year ago and within the first month it need 4 tires, a catalytic converter, and a battery (2nd day). Not too long after it needed intake manifold, turbo, valve cover, crank seal and eventually a new engine. They replaced the messed up engine they gave me with another messed up one and denied the engine from the repair shop , causing the engine light to come back on not even a month later. I bought a car back in April 2022 The thermostat heating light was on with the car an I was advised to take it to pep boys.Took it to pep boys an they said nothing was wrong with the car.Drove it awhile an the light still was on took it back to pep boys a they didnt do anything just let the car sit an run.Days later my car over heated an a random person looked at it an said that my coolant fans were not working.Was out of the 30 days warranty exchange an 5 days grace ****** Was only able to drive the car to places an had to ... read more

If I could rate them zero I would. I have been asking the manager *************************** of this location to replace my car before they closed. My car had a check engine light on less than 30 days after buying the vehicle. He proceeded to tell me to contact the warranty department who also refused to pay the $674 repair!! After paying for the ************ out of my own pockets the check engine light came on two weeks later. Again I called the manager who instructed me to call the warrant department. They sux they sold me 2012 juke been paying on it for 3 yrs 400 a month it's been wrecked you lied to me it worth only five thousand and I still owe ***** what the h*** u should close your doors

I bought my car January 2023 2017 Acura rdx didnt receive my car until February 2023 after having it for a month the transmission blows I was told I had no warranty company sent me to Aamco who took a month to fix it us auto only paid 80% still came out of pocket **** dollars the day after I got my car back all lights are on my dash and the battery went dead spent 200 for a new battery now my car is squeaking the alignment is off and its not driving right at all Ive taken it to multiple mechanics who cant figure out the issu... read more

Awful, just Awful. They should absolutely remained closed. It's so disheartening that people can knowingly take advantage of already disadvantaged individuals!
