The phone is never everrrrr answered
The only star I’m giving is for Dr. Thomas. She is absolutely amazing and I’m grateful to be her patient. I, like many others have been trying to get a hold of the clinic to schedule and appointment for my 3 year old daughter. She has been coughing terribly since Monday, so Wednesday I called the first time. Was on hold for 20 minutes, ended up having to hang up. I am extremely frustrated with the optometry clinic and honestly disappointed with how things are being handled. I tried calling yesterday and no one answered. Today I called multiple times and at one point I was on hold for 58 minutes being told I was first in line, and still no one picked up. That is completely unacceptable for a health clinic.
