Väldigt trevligt bemötande och fin service. Sonen fick både batteri, trycktest och länken intagen för ett överkomligt pris, vi återkommer mer än gärna.
Was there at the store in Lund with a friend visiting Sweden, who loves jewelry and the attendant was borderline racist. We wanted her to sell us some necklaces and earrings and she was ignoring us and following other clients who did not need much of her help. I love the shop but today i was so disappointed because she clearly judged us because we are black and had a small child. She assumed we can’t afford the fairly priced stuff in the shop😡.
Dålig service. Jag lämnade in min klocka för batteribyte. Jag frågade även om de kunde hjälpa mig att ändra länken. Jag fick ett pris och när jag senare kom tillbaka var jag tvungen att betala det dubbla för att de ändrat länken. Det skulle jag aldrig ha gjort om de berätta att det skulle kosta så mycket. Jag sa även detta till personalen. Känner mig lurad och kommer inte gå tillbaka.
