Dr bivins did a resume procedure on me 4 months ago was the most barbaric and unprofessional service I ever had was like midevil torture
Terrible service, does NOT call back even during a emergency. Billing is a disaster. Good luck ever getting anyone on the phone. Currently on a wait time of 15 for a billing matter that resolved MONTHS ago until they want to make up additional charges. Doctor was rude after procedure was completed and in recovery.
Had a great 1st time visit with Dr. Bugg. He was very interested in what I thought about my situation. He was not just interested in surgery but the whole wellbeing of patient. Highly recommend.

Urology centers of Alabama took great care of my husband. Dr. Bugg was kind and professional, even when my husband was trying to be funny. I highly recommend if you are a wife/mother and ready for your husband to "get snipped" then you take them here. ;-)
The staff was helpful and the physicians very knowledgeable. Made me feel at ease. I love the fact that they have so many locations around the area.
These people have no idea of what they are doing and I am not talking about my Doctor who is very good. You need to go through Urology Centers to get information and these people will not put you through to your Doctor if you have questions. Instead they guess and lie about your condition. They are also extremely slow at appointments. Anyone who has urology problems should seek a Doctor who is not connected to Urology centers if possible as these people are incompetent.
Dr. Taylor Bragg & his nurse Margret, I love them both.
