My son went to have a problem seen about. The doctors were very nice, and he had no problem with the way he was treated. However, he was prescribed a medication that needed authorization for the insurance to pay. The doctor's staff needed to contact the insurance company and provide information to them so they could authorize it. A week has now passed, and he still can't get them to do their job!
