Hard to save I loved it but they have taken care of me for nine years. I've been to Dr.Christine and now Dr.Holley. Both have seen to all my issues. Biggest thing is I don't sit for two hours after my appointment to see the doctor!
That was an worst place to visit and even though very bad from desk staff and doctors as well. Looks like i was entered doctor training and they were make experiment on us and improve their skills. I would not reckoned to anyone go there waste valuable money and time.
Horrendous communication (or lack thereof) - medical care appears to have been performed well. After a week and a half trying to get test results, I had to physically wait on site (away from work) and cause a nuisance there in order for anyone to do their job and look up my results. Once they finally got a manager involved, it took less than 3 minutes for her to get my results. The doctors are apparently all top-notch. Their system is not. Absolutely ridiculous.
Started radiation last week. Number 9 of 39 on Friday. The staff is wonderful. Thanks Emma and Greg for getting me started and making me feel comfortable.
Dr. Massie and her nurses and techs are THE BEST. She somehow makes painful procedures more comfortable, and that's relieving. She really LISTENS to you, and treats you as a partner in your own care -- that's RESPECT -- and honestly, you really NEED that from your urologist! My favorite thing about her, though, is not having to re-explain my case every visit. She remembers what you said last time, even if it was weeks ago!
