Dr. Johns and her staff are EXCELLENT. The facility is new, clean and in a great location but the staff is the jewel of this practice. While on vacation a friend ended up with a nasty broken knee/leg. Great care was taken to get him back, x-rayed, diagnosed, and treated promptly. Dr. Johns, Meghan the x-ray tech and Misty the office manager went above and beyond to make calls, share information and give honest recommendations.
Excellent! Great with our 1-year old, clean facility, smiling receptionist, reminded me of the "Ol' country Doc!"
Wonderful staff doctor was very informative, professional and caring! While we were waiting a grandmother came in to get her grandsons blanket he had left the day before. The staff it washed for her when she came to pick it up!!! What a thoughtful and sweet thing to do! We are not from the area and my son had swimmers ear glad we chose to come here!
Such Nice People, from the Receptionist to the Nurses Aide to the Doctor! The Doctor She was so Nice and Caring and Really Cared about me! I wished I'd remember her name! But I will definitely be back if I ever need be! Thanks!

I would like to thank you for such hospitality! I was out of town on vacation for the weekend and had an infected toe. I was so nervous and anxious about it so I decided to get it checked. Right from walking in the door the receptionist was so welcoming and friendly and quickly calmed me down. The doctor was really friendly and nice. Would nightly recommend this place to anyone. Hopefully I don't ever need it again but if I am ever on vacation in Pigeon Forge and I get sick this will be the first place I go. Thank y'all so m... read more
