Office staff were quick and very hospitable. Physician was knowledgeable and took the time to explain condition and course of treatment in a way no other doctor has. Publix pharmacy is right beside office. They called in medicine and I was in and out in a flash. Great experience!
Being in the healthcare field and being 7 hours from home, I was terrified to have to visit a medical facility while away from home! From the minute I walked in, it was a great experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the doctor was amazing!!! He was so friendly and caring. Next time we vacation in Pigeon Forge, I pray we won't need a doctor but if we do this is most definitely where we will go! Thank you to the entire staff for the wonderful experience!
Friendly staff. Clean pleasant office and exam rooms. Doctors who talked to us and not at us. In and out. Will use again, but hopefully will not need to ! :)
Good service, in and out, no MD on site but APRN was on site. She gave me everything possible and did NOT shove antibiotics at me. Which I really appreciate it
Dr. Johns, Molly, and the entire staff are all top notch excellent! They got me fixed up and on my way in no time!
Superb care by the front office staff and doctor!
