I have been to Urgent Care of the Smokies a few times since I moved here. Everyone is very kind and they actually care about me and listen to me. I took my son in last week during triage the NPC heard the way he was breathing and coughing, she came right over to make sure he was not in distress.
It was a 3 hour wait, but in their defense the place was busy. Staff stayed busy, friendly, and on task to get people through. The provider we saw listened and we walked out feeling the 3 hour wait was worth it. Scripts were immediately sent to the pharmacy like they said they would be.
Quick service awesome staff. I was on vacation and it didn’t take long at all.
