Incredibly friendly staff! So helpful! Gave me excellent advice on how to give my 3 year old medicine effectively and without the tears. The doctor took the time to let me look in my daughters ears and point out what to look for next time. Thank you so much!
I got sick while on vacation & had to come to urgent care. Had bronchitis, sinusitis, & laryngitis. Had excellent care from check in desk to nurse & nurse practitioner that checked me. The nurses were wonderful. Wait time was horrible! We were in the clinic for a little over 4 hrs. My child tested positive for Strep and instead of the Dr coming on in after the nurse swabbed him, we waited almost 2 hrs for her to come in and only want to give him meds by mouth. We had to ask for a shot.
Thank you so much for taking such good care of me while I was sick on vacation the nurses and Doctor got me some fluids and medicine so I could get to feeling better ! They were awesome !!!
I happened to gloss over Urgent care of the Smokies when searching for clinics near me and attempted to see four other urgent care clinics in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area before coming here I was so dissatisfied with how I was approached and treated everywhere else but Urgent Care of the Smokies went the extra mile and were so friendly, quick, thorough, and professional. Would recommend here over ALL other clinics and facilities in the area. Sincerely, thank you all so much!
My husband woke up sick on our last day of vacation so we decided to go to urgent care of the smokies, the staff and the dr. were so friendly and caring! We were in and out in about 30 min. I would definitely recommend Urgent Care of the Smokies if your in Pigeon Forge and need a Dr.
