RecommendedI went to Gatlinburg Dec 8...Sunday...Monday, I woke up and the left side of my face was swollen, and eye completely shut. I went to the Urgent Care, and they were absolutely SUPER...Thanks.
My 3 yo granddaughter became sick while on vacation. The staff was so helpful and caring. My granddaughter was seen within minutes. I would highly recommend the Urgent Care of the Smokies. A huge thank you to all of the staff.
We were on vacation and my mom fell on a sidewalk. Went to see Dr. Charise Johns - she was amazing. Her bedside manner - her care and concern for my moms best interest made a terrible situation a little better. She was very attentive to what was best for my mom. Gabby also was so incredibly sweet - I highly recommend this particular Urgent Care if you need one in Pigeon Forge !!! Our family will never forget the kindness and care we received .
They don't accept out of state insurance even when our insurance confirmed they do
We were staying in Pigeon Forge from Lexington, Ky. Our daughter got sick as soon as we checked in to our camp site. We came straight to their office. We were seen promptly and everyone there was so nice and caring. We were very pleased with our visit.

I waited 1 hour in the waiting room only to wait for 45 minutes in the room (so far) without seeing a Doctor or even a Nurse Practitioner. There's nothing urgent about this urgent care facility.
They cannot treat your sick child at the age of 9 months when clearly is sick and can’t help you if your SICK with stomach pain, vomiting or diarrhea. Just an FYI for anyone planning to come here. Don’t, probably can’t treat you at all. Just my experience there.
Excellent staff. Everyone is super nice. The place is very clean. I’m very thankful to have a place to go in Gatlinburg when I need to!
