While on vacation I took a fall and needed to be seen. I was met at my car with a wheelchair which was great help. Dr. John was amazing! The entire staff was very compassionate. I would HIGHLY recommend. Thank you Dr. John for great care!

Quick service, everyone was friendly, helpful, pleasant and kind. Highly recommend Urgent Care of the Smokies. Great location, right by Publix. Wonderful Doctor, thorough, took care of things, wasn’t rushed. We are seven hours from home, but we’ve found the go to place when we need medical help while in Pigeon Forge.
We were seen at your location in Gatlinburg. You guys were amazing at immediately attending to my little boy who we thought may have had an allergic reaction. We were visiting from town which made it a little scarier as well, but your care was AMAZING! Thanks so much!!
I love this urgent care! Always fast and efficient! The staff is friendly and providers are very knowledgeable every time I go in! They not only do great when I am in there but also go above and beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable. I highly recommend to everyone! It's right next to Ace Hardware in Gatlinburg, very easy to get to!! Five Stars from us! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
