My visit was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The office was very clean and kid friendly. We were in and out in 30 minutes!
Great place had to take all 3 kids there after 6 p.m. on a Sunday night they got us out before 7
Wonderful experience. Took my daughter on a Sunday when they opened which I know is a busy time. They had us in and out within an hour complete with an x-ray! They called us later that day to verify the radiologist reading. Today it's hard to find fast, affordable, quality care for kids. Not here. Thanks a ton!!

I will no longer bring my child here. He was turned away because I wouldn't leave a credit card on file or pay $100 up front - which is way more than my actual coypay. Your office manager told me that policy started August 1, but I was there in September and didn’t have to do either of those things. We have used your facility several times over the years but I will not bring my child here again. We went right up the street to Cooks and we’re able to be seen. My wife just had to leave this place because of the new policy of paying $100 up front or leaving a CC on file. Office manager also had no remorse. Bye Bumps and Bruises and Hello Cooks Urgent Care- right down the street and surprise surprise- WILL SEND US A BILL.
I have been here a million times.... today I was turned down because I was 1. Not willing to put my credit card on file and 2. Not willing to pay $100 up front even though my copay is $30. I have insurance and do not have outstanding debt. I have had x-rays done here as well and have had no problem paying them when the services are needed. I am very disappointed and feel like I am being punished due to other customers not paying their bill. This is bad business and would no longer recommend this place to anyone.
