Great staff and clean office! Glad to have this office for emergency use!
Great place! The staff is wonderful; I really appreciate that we don't have to wait in the waiting room long. We are checked in, nurse calls us gets vitals, then placed in a room. The nurse offers your child water or juice, there are books, toys and a TV. I have used this place about 6 times, always pleased with service!
First time taking my son there great staff I was in and out fast. Nurses and doc were very nice and answered all my questions definitely recommend and I will definitely be going back for my child's urgent care needs thank you.
This place is Amazing, quick, caring, and all around fantastic! Thank you for your help every time we have visited!
They used to be quick now it's one hour minimum weight when you get in the back to see a dr. Shouldn't be called urgent care with the weight like that.
I have now used this place 3 times for two kids for three different reasons. All visits have been weekend hours and I have always been in and out quickly. The staff is wonderful and my kids have received great care. I also understand that this is the busiest time of year and that if I went to Cooks I would be there half the night. I am so greatful this is an option for our family.
Amazing drs and staff! They always take great care of my kiddos, they are fast and efficient!
Left after we waited 2 hours and still didn't get to see the Dr. If it's their busy season they should be staffed appropriately. 4 women sitting around at the desk waiting on 1 PA to make her rounds. The staff was nice and refunded my copay but it was a waste of 2 hours and my baby still needs to see a Dr.
Wow.. I have used this location several times and I have NEVER been there longer than 40 minutes! Super fast and super efficient! It is definitely my go to for after hour care!!
