Never ever I had waited this long here, as I'm waiting in the room I proceed to ask after waiting an hour when it was my turn and one of the staff member tells me in a very "professional tone" well I have some people before you so is like an hour" is a Kids place so they are sick they get annoyed easily meaning parents want to get in and out. This is the only urgent care I will take my son to. All the staff are kind and helpful.

I flew into the Alliance location like a crazy person last night when my 2 month old was wheezing. They went above and beyond and responded with a ton of compassion. Thank you so much!
Very clean and fast service. Found a place to go when children are sick
I took my daughter to the Hulen location last night since it was the only place open on a Sunday night. They were great with her. The ladies working were so polite & the whole office was very clean. We will definitely be coming back if needed.
