RecommendedWe took our 2 year old daughter here late in the evening because she had a high fever. We were expecting the typical urgent care experience (long wait, high cost, subpar staff, etc). This place was nothing like that; they were amazing! The staff was great, the cost was unbelievably reasonable, and they had us in and out faster than any other urgent care we’ve ever visited. HIGHLY recommend!
RecommendedVery friendly, professional, courteous, and caring, they were super awesome saw both my kids listen to everything we had to say and helped my little girl with her ear infection. I definitely recommend this place the wait was minimal to no wait, we will definitely go back.

RecommendedI am amazed by the staff and owner/physician's willingness to go above and beyond. My daughter was super sick once and it was possible she needed to go to cooks. Dr. Cowan actually called the next day to check on her and again 2 days later. Another time with my son, he answered a question for me that prevented an ER trip. This is not your typical urgent care. Amazing care far exceeding my expectations that shows their patients aren't just $$ but that they truly care.
I took my 11 month old daughter in for a flu shot. Everyone was nice and professional. The nurse was fantastic, I believe her name was April. She was quick, calm, & distracted my daughter ... baby didn’t even cry. Hopefully we don’t need urgent care services anytime soon, but I’d certainly consider them if we found ourselves in that situation.
RecommendedI took my daughter to Cooks ER on Friday. They gave her fluids and sent her home. The dr there told us her illness was “unimpressive”. By Saturday she was even worse off. Her temp was 104, she wasn’t eating, she wasn’t drinking, she hadn’t produced any wet diapers, and she was hardly responsive. I took her to the Hulen location where a NP took amazing care of my daughter. She listened to her history and made the call to send her to cooks, but this time she called ahead for me. RecommendedMy husband and I traveled an hour to take our daughter to Bumps N Bruises. It was definitely worth the drive. Our daughter was given exceptional care. All of the staff was super friendly and extremely helpful. We highly recommend Bumps N Bruises.
