Slow service, under staffed, and no sense of urgency. Urgent care it isn’t. I will never bring my baby back here. I could of saved my $170.00. This is ridiculous, and the facility needs to be cleaned.

I used to loved and recommend Bumps and Bruises/Urgent Care for Kids and had several great experiences until our most recent visit after the change in ownership. My daughter was seen last night and diagnosed with strep. When I arrived at the pharmacy when they opened this morning, I found out that the prescription had not been sent over. I began calling at 12:00 when the office opened and couldn’t get an answer until 2:30. I had left two messages and was told they they “don’t have access to the messages”. They have sold the business and now it is a joke. Only reason we continued to come here for so long was because of Dr. Heather but now even with her still there we won’t be back. They have none of my kids previous medical records so like going to whole new doctor for first time! Rude front desk staff! Would rather wait hours at ER
