If you are looking for a practice that values patient health and well-being over money and "policies", you should look elsewhere. There is no compassion, bedside manner, or genuine concern for your well-being here. Heck, not even common sense or big picture vision. Just a whole lot of greed and apathy (thinly) veiled by policy. This place has been great! Definitely the best urgent care facility we have been to in Lincoln!
This was my first time using urgent care. Very professional and courteous staff working today. Everyone I came in contact with wore a real smile and introduced themselves. The PA shook my hand before I left. No major waiting.
I think they have a very comfortable waiting room with coffee if you like. I find staff to be friendly and don't let you wait any longer than necessary. If I need quick help I would want to go there again.
I have been to this Urgent Care a few times and I am always impressed with the customer service and speed. The location is very clean and inviting. Each time I have been there, I have waited less than 5 minutes before being called back. The desk staff are understanding. And the physician assistant that worked with me took time to answer all of my questions and get to know me. I felt very welcomed and I will definitely be coming back for all of my health care needs!!
Good care and a comfortable space. It does get busy so you may wait.
Got in right away. Was helped by a friendly PA and prescription was sent to my pharmacy.
Got taken care of fast. Received great care. Will go back if I ever need to.
Able to get in within 30 minutes. Nurse was friendly, courteous, and sincerely concerned. Doctor was efficient and again very concerned about my care and follow. Impressed with the care I received!
