The staff was very helpful in checking me in the morning I was there, actually they did all the work which was great as it ended up I had the flu and really didn't feel good. I didn't have to wait long the nurse was very nice and understanding. The doctor was knowledgeable,caring and efficient. My experience was very nice. I was go back and recommend others to go there.
I have a three-year-old so I've been to a lot of urgent cares. Today I went in for myself I have never been so impressed by doctors and staff!!! They were super busy and I still felt generally cared for!!
Can't say enough good things about the staff and the care. Sooooooo much better than going to the ER for non life threatening problems. I always get sick on the weekends or after office hours.
Wanda was terrific, very thorough, staff was pleasant and efficient, highly recommend
We arrived last night at 7:00 and we were out of there by 8:15 I think that’s pretty efficient considering it’s cold and flu season! They were very organized and super friendly! My daughter is 3 and they were so good with her. Highly recommend this office!
Urgent Care has quickly become a very trusted source for our after hour medical needs. EVERY single person in this office is welcoming and so polite. From the very front desk employee to the final stop with the PA they are so respectful and caring. This office is completely across town from us but I’ll make the trip to ensure my family gets the highest quality care around!
