We had such a wonderful experience today! My son has seen Bridget several times and she's always been so good. But the gals she had helping her today with my son made such a wonderful team! The assistant who was helping to calm my son down while they tried to remove a foreign body from the ear was SOOO phenomenal! I can't thank them enough for being able to get it out of his ear and how well they handled him

I would rather go there than my regular doctors.
I have been going to urgent care now for two years every week for my allergy injections, the doctors and the staff are amazing..... we have become friends!!!! I have one year left of allergy shots and I'm going to miss coming every week and seeing such wonderful people who care about each and every person that walks in that door!!!!
Great caring staff. Nice to know I had somewhere to visit besides and emergency room on a Sunday
When you don't have a doctor, Urgent Care of Lincoln is a breathe of fresh air. I needed to go there for a sinus infection, thank god I didn't have the Flu. They told me to get plenty of rest and to take the medication they sent to my pharmacy
In and out quickly. About 30 minutes. Very friendly, concerned, and caring people. Wanda Wynn was very explanatory and genuinely concerned. Great place!
By far the worst experience I have had with healthcare professionals. Got me in, got an X-ray of the wrong part of the leg and didn't listen to my concerns at all. Complete disregard for my money or time. Next time, I'll just go to a specialist to receive better patient care. Very disappointed.
I really like this urgent care. They have taken care of my husband and I since we moved to Lincoln. I had tried out 3 other urgent cares in town and had been treated absolutely horrible. So, this place was a breathe of fresh air. You do have to pay up front if you haven't hit your deductible, which I don't exactly agree with and the front reception staff is pretty bland and don't even smile usually.
