This urgent care does not accept medicaid. Clearly they are about the money and have no heart for the people.
The staff has been nothing less than outstanding this week. I have horrible anxiety when it comes to doctors and going by myself not knowing what's wrong with me & not being insured can be rather nerve racking and resulted in me having a small panic attack in the office last week and they were so sweet about it and calmed me down in no time! Absolutely amazing. They were quick and efficient. We were the first ones there when they opened so we got in right away. They helped us follow up with another doctor and referred us to a different specialist. Friendly staff. The guy at the front desk is a hoot! Thank you for all your help!
I went in the day before my wedding because i wasn't feeling well. The office gave me some meds and shots and I felt better for the wedding day. Had a few questions following and after a phone call i believe we have it handled. I appreciate the quick response from the main office after asking a question. I believe the owners care a lot about the customer service and improving the health of its patients.
I took my son there last night after he accidentally stuck a pitch fork through his toe feeding cattle. He's only 7. And he was very scared. But the doctor and nurses were absolutely amazing with him. I was very impressed. Thanks so much for taking such good care of us!
Urgent care of Lincoln is honestly the best health care provider I've ever been to. The staff is kind and efficient, the doctors are caring and informative, and the wait times are short! I'm not sure what more you could want from an urgent care, but just in case that isn't enough they've done some recent remodeling that is just gorgeous. 10/10 would go again.
I've loved going to this urgent care for the past year with my children and have always loved the 3 female providers but saw the male today. He never introduced himself so I don't even know his name, but he was so rude and condescending to both my children and myself. This man had absolutely no tact or bedside manner whatsoever. My family and I have been going to Urgent Care Clinic of Lincoln for years. Dr. Rice is our primary care physician. All the staffs here are wonderful, very polite, super helpful and always taking care of us. We love all the providers here, Sharon, Bridget, Wanda, and Dr Rice.
