New years day away on a break and have to attend rhe care centre at York hospital. Very quick from start to finish, staff were brilliant, a credit to the NHS. Thank you

Was turned away despite showing the 111 referral and explaining multiple times that the symptoms have got worse. One of the staff members was passive aggressive, to say the least.

Wonderful staff. I went in for myself, but unfortunately had my toddler. They were super patient and understanding. Even though I said my pain was only at a 4 they took my symptoms seriously and referred me to the correct department. After being turned away so many times at other Doctors surgeries or never being able to see a professional face to face, this place is a breath of fresh air. I was in good hands. Yes it was packed and chaotic, but what can we expect these days? Wait time was about 3 hours.
