Was turned away despite showing the 111 referral and explaining multiple times that the symptoms have got worse. One of the staff members was passive aggressive, to say the least.

Wonderful staff. I went in for myself, but unfortunately had my toddler. They were super patient and understanding. Even though I said my pain was only at a 4 they took my symptoms seriously and referred me to the correct department. After being turned away so many times at other Doctors surgeries or never being able to see a professional face to face, this place is a breath of fresh air. I was in good hands. Yes it was packed and chaotic, but what can we expect these days? Wait time was about 3 hours.
First checked in at A&E with a suspected hematoma in my leg. Both the receptionist and the nurse behind her (who asked for a look through the glass screen at my leg) were friendly. Told to go to urgent care where I waited a little over 90 minutes. Then saw Jim who sent me for an X-Ray which all happened very quickly. Back to Jim who confirmed there was no breakage, just the hematoma. He then was good enough to give me some advice on care for the next few days. All very efficient and professional.
I came here after being referred to by 111 and the treatment i received at reception was poor I had told them i had been throwing up since this morning and that I’ve been close to passing out and they treated me as if I had no need in being here they also couldn’t find me on the system when i had repeated my date of birth multiple times the receptionist acted as if this was my fault and not of her own and when she found out she got my birth wrong she blamed it on me instead of apologising.
