being disabled i needed a life none of which was advertised and the size of the building on the picture you would think they would have one, i then cancelled the booking within mins of booking it yet the disgustingly the FULL amount was taken and not refunded then they have a cheek to ask me HOW WAS MY SODDING STAY

Good location and decent rooms. Improvement in cleaning and response to request required. Otherwise I recommend and would definitely chose it in future In shaa Allah

Do not stay here if you want there to be an ability to lock your door from the inside of the apartment. As a solo female traveler, I felt unsafe the whole time. And in fact, I vacated the flat early due to the safety issue. They offered no refund. They advertise as a hotel. They are not. Terrible customer service. UNSAFE!!

Room was showing lots of wear and tear. Front window had blind with bits of tape on. Bedroom had lots of scuff marks and very tired. Floor in kitchen was uneven. Bathroom clean but hot water for shower seemed to only last about 2 minutes. Fridge door shelves broken. Sofas not particularly comfortable and various light switches didnt work.
