Was fun to ride until battery went bad. COST $445 to replace. Expect to pay half of value on a battery! WOW. was not told that when I bought it.
Absolutely the most wonderful staff! So knowledgeable and never felt rushed! Dennis was the man of the hour! Helped me with every aspect of picking the right model and make sure I was happy with my choice before the purchase! I highly recommend the showroom and their staff along with their AMAZING SCOOTERS!
I rented an URB-E for a week and it was one of the most fun experiences. Every ride is a thrill. It cut down my time for getting to class. It is surprisingly easy to weave through foot traffic. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun way to get around Los Angeles. The Sport GT model is a very agile one.

Urb-e's product and customer service are sub-standard. My battery died repeatedly with customer service demanding $400 to repair it. The scooter doesn't travel well requiring it's own seat on the subway. Given the lack of reliability of the scooter, it's poor design and the company's unwillingness to support their product, I don't expect they will be around much longer.
