Saves me money, compact, affordable, and fun to ride. The only way to improve the urb-e is to have shock absorbers and tougher wheels to go off-roading
I love the product, the warranty support is terrible. No response when contacted about issues. I have a Pro GT 6 months old and the the throttle doesn't work. I was told it is normal wear and tear. Think twice before purchasing.
It's over one month my boyfriend received urb-e sport! The battery gas never worked and actually noone gas been able to give him an answer about the replacement of the faulty battery. This sound like a mega bluff. Digusting
Used to ride URB-E but the bike stopped working when I was riding it on the street. I stopped to fix it and got hit by another bicycle. EXTREMELY unsafe and I don't want to be riding things that may just not work any second. Customer service is unresponsive.
Hey guys, just wanted to tell you how much I LOVE my new Urb-E bike!! I can't drive because I have Epilepsy but I work to be as independent as possible and my Urb-E is a huge leap forward for me. It's fun to ride and super easy. My only regret is that, since I live on the East Coast, I won't be able to use it in the snow. :(
