There is NO customer service. We ordered a wagon two years ago and paid in full. still not delivered. To make matters worse, the battery charger does not charge the battery and they never get back to you. Letters, phone calls, website submissions. The only response I ever got was through messenger and it it did not address the issue of the non delivery
There is no product support. No Batteryreplacement available. Your buying an obsolete product. Waited almost two years for delivery, originally. I have a lightly used non working junk for sale.
I've emailed URB-E 3 times with regards to some battery issues and warranty work. I get an auto-reply message that someone will contact me shortly. nothing. No calls, no messages. Meanwhile my warranty ends in July and then they will probably want me to buy a new battery. You Can't Get A hold of anyone on the phone. Terrible Customer Support ..
The product sucks, poor quality, and poor customer service team.
Best purchase I have ever made. During the current Woolsey fire, my GT Pro got me out of Malibu when we were evacuated and back before they let most to return. 10 stars out of 5.
Nice place, cool test ride.
Rode it in on the way to work today, fits snug right by my desk. My only concern so far is the battery life, be great to be able to purchase spare batteries.
