This company lack customer care. You hope that supporting a USA built product/company, you can get some basic customer care but a company that can’t stand by their words and makes up lies about sending out past emails to you(I have yet to see the “email” that was supposedly sent to me. It’s been over a month since olivia last contacted me with her last words being that she’s so busy and will get back to me.). If you buy this scooter, be prepared to jump through hoops and navigate through false words/promises(I have all the e... read more

The people in the USC location are awesome. I got to try an URB-E for a week and it basically saved me an hour a day on my commute to campus. I also got to explore so many new areas in LA that I wouldn't have had the time to check out without an URB-E. Overall awesome experience.

I'm a student at USC and I am absolutely obsessed with my URB-E! I have a stress fracture in my foot, so I'm supposed to walk as little as possible and my URB-E has saved my life! I can get from my house on 28th street to campus in under 3 minutes! It's also really easy to ride around campus even if it's really crowded because I can control the speed and since I'm so close to the ground, I don't feel out of control! I would recommend one to any of my friends!

If you're on a college campus and hate walking then this the move. Look no further because everything you're going to need is in this package. With up to 20 miles range and 18 miles an hour, you can go back and forth across most college campus many times. For me at USC, I only need to charge my URB-E twice or three times a week, and it has enough charge to get me anywhere I need to go. It truly has been a time-saving vehicle for me, and if you're looking to save time commuting between classes, then it will serve its purpose ... read more

Might not matter as much in LA but the Pro GT NEEDS FENDERS! This thing is SO useful in my commute into Boston. MBTA rules prohibit bicycles during peak travel times *unless the bike folds* and this folding scooter makes the commute so much easier. It's so useful that I've begun to worry about how to make the trip work without it and it's totally useless if there's even a light rain. Offer fenders and this would be an easy 5 star review.
