I was an early adopter, pledge on the campaign on indiegogo in April 2014…been super patient (3 years, never complains)!!!!! In March this year, they finally said they will deliver, but to my surprise, they no longer honor the promise pricing...end up paying much more (promise price of 799$ in 2014, now is 1699$ same model, end up having to downgrade to their entry level, and still more expensive). Really a poor job in fullfillment and I am looking for a refund now. Ordered the URBE in March of 2017 and till this day now have not received anything. I was promised on 3 different occasions about delivery (from KEVIN in chat) and each time there was an excuse, but I think for a third, you'd make a commitment or good-will of some sorty, but instead nothing. I will not be recommending this at all to anyone...poor customer service!!! (Pissed!)
Could be nice to have one of this�and wonderful to know that you can be able to get financial help (if you qualified of course) so, I hope I can get one.
