I have mobility issues, but I'm 30 so although I wish to be active, I'm not quite ready for a "granny mobile." lol The Urb-E looked like the perfect fix! I live in the Boston Area about 4.00 miles away from my Job. It usually took me an hour to got home by the MBTA. So I decided to buy an URB-E, which cut my commute by 40-35 minutes; I get home in 20-25 minutes. I only charge it twice a week, which is 40 miles worth of ride. The responsiveness of the team is really great. I can rely on them for any question I have as a new owner of the URB-E PRO GT.
We purchased two Urb-e Pro GT’s over two years ago. We have really enjoyed them. We take them to ball games tailgating and also with us in our RV. They have made travel so much more fun. They are also a very useful tool to get around town when we just want to stop and leave the truck and trailer hitched while exploring new cities. Everybody that sees us is very interested in them. Bought for the wife after a stroke, so she could still get out on bike trails with us. It seriously performs (Pro) for a little lightweight foldable ride! very happy so far.
Worst customer service. Urbe stopped working after 2 years.
It has taken me a bit to write a review for my URB-E, but that has no reflection on how much I love it. Truly, it has changed my life for the better. And all the people who work there care deeply about making the best product. My URB-E got damaged on a airline and Hector made sure it was good as new. I'm so thankful I did not get a cheaper scooter because no one takes better care to make the best scooter than URB-E.
I love my URB-E, the service was quick communication was perfect.
Customer service is slow, unresponsive, and ineffectual.
