The team from Upper Rooms Lofts, led by Damen, have done an absolutely fantastic job on our loft conversion. Damen’s communication and project management skills are excellent and we always felt in safe hands. The team went over and above to make sure the finish was to a high standard. Fantastic builders, would highly recommend. The biggest compliment I can give Upper Room Lofts is that we were working with them again on a new project within a couple of years because we had such a great experience. We have worked with two separate teams (Craig's Team and Dean's Team) and both of them are exceptional project managers. They are the most reliable and hardest workers I have ever seen. So pleased we went with Craig and his team. A loft conversion is such a big expense so you’re always a bit worried whether you made the right choice before they start. But as soon as Craig, Braden and Nick arrived, I knew I’d made a good decision. They were polite, friendly, accommodating with various things during the build, and incredibly hard working.
