My Mom had surgery on Tuesday and due to some complications was brought to the Surgical ICU.... I’ve told them but I want you to know also what a awesome group of nurses and medical staff. I can’t say enough good things about everyone I came in contact with!! Everyone ...which is rare. Keep up the great patient care guys. You are awesome and Thanks for taking such good care of my Mom.

During Covid I would not ever recommend this place if you care about your loved ones. I was refused treatment without a mask and even if I wore one my husband was told he could not be with me and had to wait outside. I left because I was there for HBP and I needed his help explaining what was happening. I was refused because I was told I had to wear a mask even tho I stated I could not breath with a mask and had severe anxiety and it raised my BP. I will never go there again under any circumstances. They cut my mothers hours from 40 to 25. She was in bad health. They refused to come to see her. She passed away this morning. UPMC sucks
