$155/hr for 2 people with an 3-hour minimum = $465 minimum. Jesus and Anthony helped us unload a 10-ft U-Haul truck into a high-rise apartment and completed the job in about 1.5 hours. They were friendly, understood the directions, and were efficient despite the complex route from the loading dock to my apartment. Taking a star off due to scheduling communication issues. I've had the absolute pleasure of using Up and Up twice in the last few years and the team of Alfonso and Robert is unbelievably good! So thorough and careful with all of your things. I did a quick walk thru of my old place with Robert, pointing out where each labelled box could go. I let Alfonso know which boxes were ACTUALLY for real fragile and which boxes not to bury.
