    I really had no issues with UV. Everyone is so nice and maintenance shows up really quick when needed. I decided to sign a lease for next year a couple months after living there because I loved it already.

    Price is high for the apartments, property management/manager needs to be replaced, electric overcharges constantly, pet fee is stupid & just the management in general is rude, they enter your homes without your consent ect.

    I've had an apartment here since August 2016 and I regret ever signing this lease. Everything starts out great but after about a month or so, you start to realize why this apartment has so many negative reviews. To start, its entirely overpriced for what you're getting. Your "backyard" is 90% dirt with no signs of them ever trying to plant grass. Your "free" internet isn't free unless you want to run an ethernet cable to all your devices.
