So far so great. The price is reasonable but the pet fee is stupid. other than that I'm very pleased with it !
I have absolutely no complaints about UV. If an issue ever occurs they fix it within a day, and the staff is nothing short of nice. They keep the grounds nice and are always there if you have questions! They also have free food periodically so you can't complain.
My daughter has been living at UV for two years and is getting ready to sign a lease for another year. Lots of changes have been going on since her first year there. As a parent, my dealings with the staff has been wonderful, even though I acted a little crazy at times. The office staff is awesome! I feel the the apartments are well maintained and the property is well kept.
The apartment itself is so nice. The amenities are amazing. When we moved in there were things wrong and when we turned in a maintenance request, the guy was knocking on our door within the hour to fix everything. The staff is great and helpful and we have absolutely loved living here so far.
Honestly I was kind of iffy about UV because I read all of the reviews, but I am living here for the second year in a row and I still like it. If you go over the allowance you have, it gets split between you and your roommates. The most I had was like $7. The maintenance staff is friendly and are great about helping out as soon as they can and don't enter with you gone unless you say it is okay. The office staff is also super helpful when it comes to questions or anything else.
