DO NOT LIVE HERE. money hungry management that does not care about you or your living conditions. I cannot stress enough how terrible management is.
I prepaid my rent months in advance (January 2014 - July 2014). I moved out after the roommates had a fight and was told by the property manager that they would help me in finding a new place to live. Never heard back from them and pretty much lost out on 4 months of rent that I payed in January. I would of happily moved into a different building even if I would of had to pay a little extra. Other than that I have no qualms with the place.
I've lived at UV for a year now and I don't see how any other place to live in Carbondale could even compare. The appliances are new and work great, maintenance is very fast and always fixes what needs to be fixed, and the staff is friendly and helpful. There are so many things that are constantly offered to residents, I can't even list them all. I would HIGHLY recommend living here; I renewed my lease as soon as I could.
Terrible staff and terrible property don't move in there.
UV is the worst place in carbondale ever hate one of the advisor there he stepped on the stairs with his muddy shoes and then let us to clean the carpet. Seriously? You should know how to respect to your client when u start the business, I am pretty for sure most people I know in the UV gonna move out next semester. BTV they will let u open ur door when they say they do the inspection. Several days ago I was naked and in the bed.
