I absolutely love it here ! The office staff are nice and friendly ! The town homes are a great size and very clean !
I have lived here for 4 years now and have found that for what I am paying it is great. I love the pool, shuttle bus and computer/printers available. One thing I have struggled with is the kitchen. I think the sink, counter tops and oven need to be updated. Other places around campus are becoming nicer and usuites has stayed the same and is getting more expensive, to keep up with competition, which is understandable. Great place to live-- staff is very friendly and knows you by name, and maintenance has never taken more than 24 hours to fix something. My two years spent here were problem-free, and what you get for what you pay is of great value. Highly recommended!
I think University Suites is a great place to live. I have not had any trouble with the staff and think they are always willing to help if you reach out to them. I also think the internet speed isn't as bad if you hook up your own router to the wifi provided. I have had a great experience my first year and renewed for a second year of living. I would recommend to anyone looking for affordable off campus housing that has great amenities!
University suites provides a nice safe environment to live in. The employees at the leasing office are nice and normally provide some type of snack and refreshments for residents. I will say towing is really strict around the area like REALLY STRICY! They do provide a 24 hour gym, theater and computers with printer that can be pretty convenient for college students. Pay your rent on time and everything is pretty sweet.
