University suites is a great place to live, the staff is amazing and always nice and helpful. The units are kept up nicely and stay in great condition, as well as the the neighborhood itself. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for student living to stay here !

My favorite thing about University Suites is that it feels like home - the comfortable design of the apartments, the friendly staff that knows you by name and quickly responds to your needs, and all the commodities. I have been living at University Suites for a few months now, and it already feels like home! The community is welcoming, and has a great clubhouse where you can relax with friends by the pool (They also have free printing!!! Which is such a lifesaver for college assignments) The living accommodations are spacious and comfortable. Overall, it's a great college community!
It’s almost the end of September and I am still waiting to get my security deposit back even though the leasing agreement says USuites is supposed to give it back within 30 days of move out day.

The University Suites staff worked some magic to get my daughter matched with roommates and moved in over a holiday weekend. The complex has all the amenities and the units are clean and fresh! We are extremely pleased with the customer service offered at University Suites!
