I think St Joe's has improved in the past couple of years. The staff and the hospital, in general, is on an upswing.
No one here. This place is empty.. but we are waiting for a room for an hour and a half for the doctor to look at the xray of my son's ankle. We don't need a room!! Just one minute for the doctor to say it's sprained . It would be nice for someone to say how long it will be.. something anything.. must be union workers.
I like the Dr im with, prefer there er over a lot of hospital, but the on call DR julie vaughn that answer the call act like I desired her at 6:30 am I have asthma and a very bad cold im try to talk to her and she not SAYING anything so im like hello very smart SHE went I'm here. So I hung up.

Just had my sixth surgery in six years here at St Joe's. Great Hospital, great Doctors and great Staff. If I have any say in it, I will never go to another hospital ever again. Thank You Josephine P for your warm & wonderful assistance today. Its nice to be somewhere where you feel like family, not a bother.
Thanks to the 6th floor, Towson Orthopedics and so many other support departments. You guys did a wonderful job caring for both my parents this summer.
By far the worst billing department I've dealt with (and I'm an insurance broker and see bad bills all day). Was told by a rep I had overpaid for my ER trip, and was sent a $45 refund check. Came home today, to a collections notice saying I owed $30. (1) where is the notification I owed, and (2) if I overpaid by $45... Why not just refund me $15.....now I'll have a blip on my credit.
