Lots of construction, but very friendly people. Was in and out on time.
I came I'm Saturday and am leaving on a Tuesday. The staff worked diligently to figure out what happened. I am so greatful to all the staff and doctors. I say I love it because of care and attention to detail. I've read several reviews where people tend to be impatient and in a hurry like this is a fast food drive through. My health is not anything I want a rush to judgement. Greatful for the care I received.
We really feel like the transplant clinic doesn't listen to our concerns or really cares. The aides that check us in are really friendly and caring tho. We also went to the lipid clinic where we get excellent care. The transplant floor where the patients are after transplant I would have to give a 5 to. They are phenomenal nurses and aides. So I would have to give a mixed review.
I was born at KU 47 almost 48 years ago and although I have not been a patient since, my son has been there NUMEROUS times and I have NEVER been disappointed!
Wonderful hospital and staff! My dad was in ICU from May 12th to May 19th. The doctors, nurses, aides, housekeepers, food staff, everyone was excellent! I would recommend this hospital in a heartbeat, and we are from Oklahoma. Thank you all for being so kind to my dad during his stay. �
