I had some health issues and I was treated with respect. They invited me to return. They even scheduled a time, expecting my return. They have several ways for to communicate with the right person who gave me information to make my conversation with them meaningful. �
I LOVE this place, the doctors and staff!! Excellent place to be when you have problems with medical issues that aren't being resolved! So glad I came here.
We sought treatment at KU for radiation on referral from our dermatologist. Dr. Chen and his staff couldn't have been any better. They were caring, thorough and professional. I wish I could name them all but just know from the first moment you hit the front desk til you get to ring the bell to signal your last treatment, they all are taking the best care of you they can provide!!
Very friendly, compassionate, fast and tries to fill all of uour medical needs in one day if possible. I was there with my father who will be having surgery in a few weeks there!!
I was at KU for a colonoscopy...everyone was very nice from the man who admitted me to Dr. Jackson. The nurses were awesome as usual. My experience was wonderful..i will pick KU ovet any hospital in the KC area.
I'm more than happy with the doctors and nurses. What gets me is the food. It's like the cooks are rejects from McDonald's. I'm on a restricted diet and the screw up the food every single time. How the heck are you supposed to get better when you never eat?
Have not met anything other than caring professionals, the patients and families are top notch also. Thank you for making the visits easy.
All these bad reviews shock me. Try being in wichita, ks for care. KU med center pretty much saved my life. The only bad thing i could say i s I'm sick of same food. Thats to be expected. But staff, drs, and everyone at KU get nothing but gratitude from me.
The man it was working the admission desk in the afternoon was rude and had an attitude set me to the 8th floor when my family member was still in the ER he was rude to the nurses and should not be dealing with people in any way shape or form ,Jerks like him made a bad situation worse and give your hospital a bad name
