The longest waiting time with no communication!!!! No checking in with the patient.
My daughter had hip surgery yesterday and Dr. Mullen was wonderful! All the nurses and staff went out of their way to calm her anxiety and make sure she had everything she needed. Thank you Indian Creek!!
Love this place. We have been to most all the main hospitals in the area and have found that this is by far the best one. They are very attentive and kind. I feel we get the best care here! Highly recommend here.
Highly recommend!! This was our first visit to KU Indian Creek campus and we were understandably anxious about our 15-year-old daughter having surgery. The staff made us feel very comfortable and kept us informed before, during and after her procedure. We stayed overnight and the nurses were among the most friendly and attentive I have ever encountered (and I have been a nurse over 20 years). I would not hesitate to schedule another surgery for myself or a family member at this facility.
This is one of the best hospital in KC. I live down South with hospital that is not worth their weight in gold. Thank you KU
I love the University of Kansas I was born in 1964, had some great Doctor back then but the staff they have how don't listen to what we see and feel they are guessing and putting medicine in your body that you don't need, on top of that I had a nurse practitioner to tell she was not going to help me with my skin after she got words from the er on what to treat me for, but I moved to a new doctor's office. So long Fam. Med
