Very frightened regarding medical records with this facility. When I receive requested records, listed are conditions that I don't have (never stated I have during office visit). Its like information was given to a third party for input. Trying to get help from Patient Relations Dept. is of no help (you need to complete a form that can take up to 60 days). The longest waiting time with no communication!!!! No checking in with the patient.
Love this place. We have been to most all the main hospitals in the area and have found that this is by far the best one. They are very attentive and kind. I feel we get the best care here! Highly recommend here.
This is one of the best hospital in KC. I live down South with hospital that is not worth their weight in gold. Thank you KU
