Some of the nurses are too funny acting not friendly love the doctors they do their job very well as far as time answering the light perfect

I'm seeing the doctors that work in the High Risk Pregnancy part of this hospital due to being a Type 1 Diabetic. Out of the four times I've been in the doctors take their time to go over what care my unborn child and I'll receive and answer in depth all my husbands and my questions. The Ultrasound Technicians are AMAZING in detail show us what our baby is doing, explaining what they're looking for and etc! Out of all the hospitals I could be going too I'm so glad we chose KU!!
I love KU Medical and all the staff this hospital is the best.
There are many things to like about KU Medical Center; it is centrally located, since it's a university hospital billing will work with patients (up to and including forgiving charges for those with no income), those same patients can obtain some medications free; knowledge, procedures, and medications are fresh in the minds of interns and doctors, so it seems to me that treatment goes faster/better. There are always several porters on hand to help patients in and out of vehicles (they are always friendly and cheerful, too).... read more
