Always loved KUMC, BEST doctors in the world!!!!!!!!
My husband is in the CRT Unit. He has received phenomenal care from ALL staff. They have been very supportive and welcoming to family members, too. We are so thankful his care was provided in such a caring and cutting edge technology hospital!

KU has helped me more than any other hospital. They are actually trying to help me fix the problems instead of just covering them up with meds!. The doctors are always nice and especially so after they read my file and realize what I have been through. I've had many dozens of surgeries at many hospitals but none compare to KU Med. I'm always treated well by them! :-)
Everyone is so nice and thorough from the admitting office, to pre-op nurses, anesthesiologist that spoke to me, post-op nurses that stayed with me and made sure I was breathing ok, to my wonderful Dr John Ashcraft who performed the surgery and reassured me we won't be done until it's gone!!!
Don't go to the spine center they will lie to you.
Excellent care. A hospital that really cares about there patience.
I got to the ER they put me in a room fast talked to two doctors they took blood gave me meds for the pain then before you know it I was released. Doctor explained to me about my diagnosis I understood it .
