Ecelente servicio estoy muy sastifecha con la atencion qué le estan dando ami hermana enfermeras y doctores todos super amables
The staff make you wake three to four hours even when you need stitches with open wound, above your eye with flesh showing and oozing blood down your face. Bad service they choose people that have good private insurance over people that have only medicade. Than they throw you out and call security if you complain and ask intake to see social worker or someone else in charge. Second time there with same service. Done with K.U. Hospital.
Best hospital in Kansas City great doctors great place
Very thorough in all the testing..very nice doctor's and nurses that are caring and willing to help in any way. I felt like I was in the best hospital that I could be in..and the food service was great! You know I'll be back soon.. thanks for everything you all do to make our lives better
As per usual, customer service skills are seriously lacking.
