KU Medical Center was giving my information one and a half months prior to my wife going to their office to get a procedure they called me the day before and let me know that my insurance was not going to cover this procedure I called financial aid and they said yeah sure come on in and we'll go ahead and take care of you got there at 6:30 in the morning and they turned us away saying that the insurance was not going to cover and that I had to come up with $2,000 down before they would touch my wife we ended up leaving maybe... read more

RecommendedThe nurses at this facility are fabulous and the other staff members were all so kind. From pre-op to discharge I was taken care of flawlessly. I highly recommend this facility. It was spotless and beautiful. My room felt like I was in a hotel, not a hospital. Even the mattress was comfortable! 5 stars.

Been waiting for almost 2 hours and still waiting just for a pre employment screen. Smh
RecommendedI had my 20th surgery today with Dr. Kraft. She is always great. My nursing staff in the Cambridge Tower today was remarkable. Makayla and Heather were the best pre-op nurses I’ve ever had. Laura, Aubrey, and Lori made the whole post-op process very comfortable. I’m very grateful for the nursing staff that takes such good care of me every time I am there!
It’s a wonderful place to get top notch care! The doctors and nurses are caring and kind.
I had major surgery at the hospital yesterday and I can easily say this is the best hospital I have ever been to. All of the staff, doctors, and nurses are the absolute best. The hospital itself is beautiful, clean, and clearly made with patients in mind. I can't remember the names of the nurses I had yesterday but every single one of them deserves recognition for being stellar at their job. I felt so cared for.
